Fundraising

We are committed to making life easier for the 1 in 5 children and 1 in 12 adults who suffer from eczema in the UK. Through a combination of our Helpline and information services, we offer support as well as practical advice on the management and treatment of this debilitating skin disease.
To do that, we rely entirely on general public and company donations to fund our work, as well as membership subscriptions.

All those who generously give up their time by fundraising for the National Eczema Society play an absolutely crucial role in enabling us to continue our work. We are constantly struck by the ingenuity, energy and commitment of our supporters.

Fun Runs to Marathons

There are a million and one ways to fundraise and have fun, get fit or pay your own special tribute to someone at the same time. Physical fitness challenges are always popular - why not join all those who have completed charity walks, fun runs, 5k & 10k races or longer feats of endurance?

We've had walkers reach Everest Base Camp and tread the entire length of the UK from Lands End to John O'Groats. But whether it's a mile or a marathon, any and every effort to raise funds for the National Eczema Society is appreciated.

You don't need to lace up your trainers in order to make a real difference to those that battle the effects of eczema. From garage sales to baking cakes, fancy dress to parachute jumps, whatever interests and inspires you to get involved with our charity will make a difference.

Our Fundraising Guide

To offer some inspiration, we've put together a downloadable fundraising pack, focusing on fundraising at work, at school and at home.

In fact, everywhere and at any time - from raising money in conventional ways to raising money where you’re not asking people for cash, but by shopping online, for example. We've also got our National Eczema Society sponsorship forms, as templates you can donwload and print, all ready-to-go.

The power of Justgiving

If you do decide to raise funds for us, don't forget to visit www.justgiving.com/nationaleczemasociety where it’s quick and easy to set up your own fundraising/event page in minutes and add your own story, photos and video.

Justgiving collects Gift Aid on behalf of the charity which means that you can quickly boost your online donation with a few clicks.

The online donations route also saves the fundraisers the worry of having to collect hard cash from your sponsors as people can donate in a few clicks via your page and even leave you their own messages of support!

The National Eczema Society Justgiving Page allows you to donate to the charity directly and securely online or by text message, set up your own page and also see what other fundraisers have been doing.
