National Eczema Society is operated and managed by a small staff team, which includes experienced dermatology nurse specialists. The Society’s Chief Executive is Andrew Proctor.
The Society’s strategic direction is set by our council of Trustees, who all volunteer their time to ensure we achieve our charitable objectives and uphold the charity’s values.
Our Medical Advisory Board, made up of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, clinical psychologists and other healthcare professionals, is crucial in ensuring the Society takes into account the latest research and medical guidelines in our eczema information and advice.
Alongside our staff, Trustees and Medical Advisory Board, the Society benefits hugely from the engagement and support of members and volunteers who fundraise, campaign, raise awareness and share their lived experience on the Society’s behalf. We also rely heavily on healthcare professionals who give their time so selflessly to help the Society achieve its goal of making life better for people affected by eczema. We are so grateful to everyone who supports us in so many ways – we couldn’t do without you!
